My husband purchased by first engagement ring from Kay. They helped him pick out the ring going by his thoughts of what I would love. They did a great job. He bought me a simple pearl ring with diamond offsets set in whit gold. Unfortunately I loved it to much and wore it at times when I should have taken it off. The pearl fell out of the ring about three times. My husband did not purchase the warranty plan, when we took the ring to be fixed the people at the store allowed him to purchase it then. A good six months later, now I have had it fixed twice with having to pay anyting for the repair, I learned to stop wearing it at work. About two months after the wedding my husband returned to KAY and purchased be a very nice diamond band, I do not care for diamond normally but this rings is awesome. He again was assisted in his decision and I am again thankful to the associates of KAY. I don't know what men would do without you.

My husband and I bought our wedding bands at Kay's Jewelers. The bands we wanted were not in stock, but only took a couple of weeks to get the correct sizes!

They have a great selection of rings. I purchased my husbands band there and fell in love with his ring after only the first couple that I saw. They worked with me on the sizing even after the purchase. My husband had never wore rings in the past and didn't know what size he would wear, so we guessed with one of my Dad's old rings. Luckily the one that I bought fit, but wasn't exactly as snug as it should have been so we took it to the nearest Kay (not the one that I bought the ring from) and they had one in stock that fit him perfect and was the same style. They let us swap it out and everything and there weren't any troubles and we didn't have to wait for the ring to be shipped and sized!
