Mark McNally did an excellent job. Great personality, flexible, and kept the party going. Friends and family days/weeks afterward talked about how much they enjoyed the DJ.

This company was a pleasure to work with. The DJ was professional, helpful and kind. The company and DJ only made sure that every request we had was filled. The DJ was expectionally flexible with our schedule during the reception(we changed the timeline a number of different times in the last week due to some people cancelling and others showing up). A good DJ is expensive, but the DJ makes the reception run smoothly. This company was a very good value for the services provided. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody that needs a DJ, wedding or not!

DJ Joe Bunn company has a great online tool for creating a play list and marking which songs you must have, and which ones you definitely should not. It also was helpful for planning the order of events of the reception and thinking about what songs we would like played at particular moments. My husband and I enjoyed working with DJ Joe Bunn's Kent Bloms, who was very professional and organized. He was well-spoken, easy to work with, and he did a great job as an MC to ensure that the event flowed smoothly. My parents especially appreciated that he kept the evening classy.

We had Greg Ramsey as our DJ.....one word to describe would be, AWESOME!! Totally professional!!! LOVE Greg. I would use him 100 times over. We will definitely be using Greg for other events...Even if we didn't need a true DJ, I would still use him just to give him business. That is how good he is. We brought him from NC to VA and I would do it all over again. He really made the party go once we got to the reception. We had nothing but compliments about the music and the DJ the day after. Our guests LOVED IT!!

Steve Stowe was so awesome!! My best friend mention that it was the first time she had been to a wedding where the music reflected both the bride and grooms very different and unique personalities perfectly. We had requests from Brass Bonanza (the Hartford Whaler's theme) to Alabama's Dixieland Delight and the fit perfectly. Steve had everyone dancing from my 91 year old grandma to my 2 year cousin. We have heard over and over again that it was the best wedding reception anyone had ever been to!

Steve Stowe made our night increadibly memorable. He kept the guest engaged, dancing and the party alive. We are so lucky to have found him and would recommend him to anyone that wants to have a super fun reception.

Frank Meldau was our DJ, he did a fantastic job! We could not be most pleased with the flexibility, the receptivity, the consideration he gave to our desires, the seemless performance he gave, the ability he had of getting everyone on the dance floor after only playing one song. There were absolutely NO errors in his performance, everything went on without a hitch. We love Frank! He was able to adjust his whole playlist to accommodate our late arrival. He even without charge edited 2 songs and combined them together for our choreographed first dance! Couldn't be happier with hiring Frank!

Randy with Joe Bunn DJ Company was beyond amazing at our wedding this past October! He had everyone on the dancefloor the entire night. It made me so happy to see my college roommate dancing right next to my grandparents... I couldn't believe how many of our guests were dancing! He was extremely professional and made sure to have every detail of the reception before it began. We still get comments about how wonderful he was! I would HIGHLY recommend Randy if you are looking for an amazing DJ for your wedding!

We used Kent Bloms at Joe Bunn DJ Company and he was great! I highly recommend him. We gave him a song list of 50 songs and a list of do not plays and he played pretty much everything we asked for (including when we asked for specific songs to be played), with a couple of comparable songs that people requested. We requested mostly top 40 current/recent songs and he actually asked me on the phone what he should do if an older attendee came up and requested beach music or the likes. We said "please don't play it!" He said "Got it!" He was basically asking our permission to politely keep the music the way we wanted it and he did exactly that and handled everything professionally. It was seamless! Kent was great over the phone and on email and considering we were planning our wedding in Chapel Hill, NC from New York City this was KEY for us! We did not even meet him until the day of our wedding (and really only spoke at length AFTER the whole thing was over). We totally lucked out! He looked the part, was fun, friendly, and also kept the party going without interrupting constantly like some DJs have done in my experience at weddings. He also did the sound for our ceremony and the cocktail hour music and all of that was great as well. He hooked up a commercial-free Pandora station for the cocktail hour which was really cool. (He mentioned that was often a good way to fill the hour before moving into more dance stuff)One tip I got from a friend before even booking a DJ was to definitely be clear about what specific reception traditions you are doing and what you are NOT doing. Examples being the number of toasts, bouquet throwing, garter, mom/son daughter/dad dances etc. We did not do a lot of these things and I told Kent this and he went with exactly what we asked for.If you want top notch professionalism definitely go with Joe Bunn DJ Company. Kent Bloms was our man (fantastic!), but the vibe I got from the whole place was good so I don't think you could go wrong!

Randy was great to work with for our wedding. We pretty much let him have free reign over what to play as long as it was good dancing music and he did great! Our guests loved the music and were ready for more at the end of the night! I would recommend Randy from Joe Bunn DJ Company to any couple!

Randy Bennett with Joe Bunn DJ Company did an amazing job and we wouldn't have changed one thing! My husband and I were very confident in Randy’s skills and completely trusted Randy to let him play whatever he thought would be best, and our reception music was amazing! Everyone was dancing and had so much fun which was the exact experience we were hoping for. On top of Randy's exceptional talent, he is also very personable and has a fun personality! He is very flexible and it’s obvious he wants to deliver the results the bride and groom are hoping for- which he does just that. Wow! Joe Bunn did an amazing job!! I am Egyptian and my husband is Lebanese and it was very important for us to incorporate middle eastern music in our wedding. Even though this music was unfamiliar to him, he performed! He totally exceeded our expectations!! Our guests danced alllll night and are still talking about our dj Joe Bunn til this day. I highly recommend!!

The professionalism and helpfulness of our DJ made our planning process extremely easy. We were hooked from the first meeting where he made it clear that he would provide us with a wedding reception that was fun and appropriate while reflecting our tastes. Our DJ led the order of events smoothly and afterward many guests remarked that they were pleasantly surprised at his ability to both take charge and stay in the background, leaving us with all of the attention. He was easy going and flexible, which is just what a busy bride needs!I have also been very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff of Joe Bunn DJ's Company, who were extremely helpful and responsive whenever I called. I cannot recommend this vendor highly enough!

Our DJ, Mark M., was a highlight of our day. Several people came up to me throughout the reception to tell me that it was the best playlist they'd ever heard and what a great job he was doing. He kept things moving without feeling rushed and gave us a really nice mix of uptempo and slower songs. The planning tools on the Web site really helped us nail down what we did and didn't want, and when and how we wanted things to happen after the ceremony. I highly recommend the company in general, and Mark in particular. Thanks, Mark!

Ken Holmes from Joe Bunn was our DJ, and he was AMAZING!! He is a very genuine, kind and funny guy, and he is a GREAT DJ. During the reception he kept myself and the groom posted on exactly what was happening and when and where. He was totally in-tune with our guests too and changed the music if the dance floor started to thin out. Most of our guests danced the whole time, and the songs that he played were so good that several people have asked us if there was anyway to get a copy of all the songs. He played the perfect mix of slow and fast songs, and he played all of the songs that we really wanted, none of the ones that we didn't want played, and through in some other perfect songs. I cant imagine the reception going any smoother, and it was largely due to Ken! He went completely above and beyond and we highly highly highly HIGHLY recomend him. We also enjoyed using Joe Bunn DJ Co's website to map out all of our songs...we had a really good time making our must and do not play lists throughout the year before our wedding!!
