Great prices and selection. The only problem is that my husband's band was ordered at the wrong size. We got it re-ordered and that was the end of the issue.

What can I say - WE LOVE DIAMONDS DIRECT!!!!!! They are nice, helpful and we got beautiful wedding bands for our wedding...and VERY AFFORDABLE!!! My engagement ring is also from them...love it!!! Also the rings are covered for life w/cleaning, sizing and damage...not many jewelers offer this w/out paying more!!!! Would recommend them to everyone!!!

Great customer service - want you to be happy. Unique styles with hard to beat prices. Comparable to the diamond market in NYC. Had my husband's ring engraved w/ no charge. Also have a great replaceable policy if needed as well!

Even when my husband picked the rings by himself he did a great job!I bet he had very good advice from them, the engagement ring and the wedding rings are beautiful!

I absolutely love my ring. It is breathtaking and exactly what I hoped my fiance would pick for me. They were prompt and professional in sizing it for me. They were also great in helping us select our wedding bands which really reflect our personalities.

My husband picked out my engagement ring all by himself. The folks at Diamonds Direct helped him pick out THE diamond to go in the setting. Literally everywhere I go, I get complimented on my beautiful ring. We also got our wedding bands there, and got a discount since he got the engagement ring there. I've had smaller diamonds fall out after getting the rings sized. All cleaning & repairs are free. They even dip my white gold bands for free, which is about $75 at other jewelry stores. The staff is helpful & very accommodating. I will not buy jewelry from anywhere else!

Diamonds Direct at Crabtree is amazing. My husband and I worked with Brian and he was wonderful! We highly recommend seeing him! THe rings are beautiful and very fair priced. EVerything has been made easy with them!!

We browsed "other" jewelers but the service and quality at Diamonds Direct Crabtree was unmatched. I was able to custom design my husbands ring. He was able to do the same. We both have unique rings and are absolutely satisfied. Richard Posey was awesome! If you want the best, go to Diamonds Direct Crabtree.

From the first time we walked into the store (Dec 31, 2009), Barak Henis and Richard Posey have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of completely. Katherine's ring turned out beautiful and she continues to receive compliments everywhere we go. The pricing and service were absolutely unmatched compared to other jewelry stores across the country (New York, Charlotte, Chicago, and the Raleigh-area)d. We will never make another jewelry purchase elsewhere. We strongly recommend Richard and Barak.

My fiance (now husband!) found the perfect ring at Diamonds Direct. Every time I look at it I get excited. It is perfect. I wanted something with a vintage feel and it really is special. It looks like an heirloom ring that we can pass down through our family for generations. Beautiful!

I have been very happy with diamonds direct. I like that someone is immediately ready to help you when you walk through the door and that there is unlimited cleanings and sizing. On top of that they are very reasonably priced. I couldnt be happier with them as a jeweler.

I would certainly recommend Diamond's Direct. My husband bought the ring in December, which was a busy time of year. We were helped promptly and treated very well. Their staff was knowledgeable. Even when I took my rings in to be cleaned, I was treated well. Our rings were a great value and they also gave us really good financing options.
