Wow....I simply cannot find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation for everything Catering Works did for me for my wedding. Lorin was the point of contact for my parents and I throughout the wedding planning process and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her or her team of staff members. She was with us every step of the way to walk us through the process. I gave her a generic vision of what I hoped the wedding would be and she took that vision and transformed it into a magical and beautiful event. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, taking into account the needs and wishes of my parents, myself, and my fiance. She stayed in contact with me on a regular basis to keep me informed of any updates or changes. I really appreciated that because it allowed me to relax as a bride, knowing that all of the details were being taken care of. She also initiated contact with the church and reception site to make sure that all of the details were covered on those ends. She was extremely accommodating to my work schedule and made every effort to set up meetings with me when it was convenient for me to do so. Lorin is truly gifted at what she does and the entire staff at Catering Works is gifted as well. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They deserve to be acknowledged for the superior work that they do and I hope that anyone who reads this will consider using Catering Works as their caterer.

EW was our overall point of contact. He laid out everything we needed and covered things that I didn't realize were issues. While I was concerned that things would not get set up exactly right or in time because I wasn't there to oversee the process, when we arrived the reception hall was beautiful, people had lots to eat and drink, and everything else that they were in charge or ran very smoothly.

EW and Joseph did a spectacular job in making my vision come to life! All of my guests said the food was outstanding and the service was great. The waitstaff were attentive and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. Joseph did a fantastic job with the floral and room decor choices, allowing me to fully enjoy my day!

We used Catering Works for our wedding dinner. We were able to make changes to the existing menus and customize out own meals. The food arrived at the tables cooked appropriately and on the time frame we had given. Overall, very happy.

Cateringworks delivered excellent food for our wedding and were a pleasure to work with all along the way. EW completely understood the sort of food we were going for from our initial meeting and delivered tasty treats that had even my most discerning friends commenting on the quality of our food. I would recommend Catering works to all of my friends for their wedding ceremony.

We worked with E.W. Fulcher at Catering Works and could not have been more happy with the services that we received. From the contracts with every detail, to his expertise and commitment to my family, we were so impressed.All of our guests have commented on how delicious the food was, and the buffet, bar, and food stations were gorgeous. The reception was turned into the most romantic venue with all of their hard work.E.W. was incredible at helping us make choices that would best suit our budget and wants for the reception. Catering Works also made our reception so beautiful with the linens and tables we had rented, from the gorgeous cake table, to the bar, and candle lined staircase- it was everything I had ever dreamed of.Joseph is a delight to work with on the flowers. He picked up on everything we wanted, and in only a few days, had written a beautiful detailed description of everything we had spoken about. The flowers were even more beautiful that we had anticipated.The services at Catering Works were perfect and their ability to offer so many services under one roof made the wedding planning so much easier than working with individual vendors for each need. I have recommended them to every bride-to-be I can, and I know that anyone who uses them will not be disappointed!

We worked with E.W. Fulcher at Catering Works to cater our rehearsal dinner and a wine and dessert welcome party we held the night before our wedding. The food was delicious and the ambiance that Catering Works created was perfect! E.W. was very helpful in deciding the details of our event and was very patient with us when we had a misunderstanding. All in all, our event was wonderful and our guests were blown away by the delicious food!

We worked with EW Fulcher at Catering Works, and he was extremely flexible and had a great idea of what we wanted just after our first meeting. We were worried that having crepes would bust our budget, but it was very reasonable! We received lots of compliments on the food. The free tastings leading up to our wedding were very much appreciated, but most of all we appreciated the gift basket of each of our food items waiting for us in the limo when we made our exit. That was our saving grace for dinner, because we didn't get to eat much at the actual wedding! Thanks EW!

If you have ever wondered about who to use, than this would CERTAINLY be what I would consider a first choice. We had Catering Works handle all of our linens, decorations, cakes, food and beverages. Lauren and her staff were not only informative and professional but also went above and beyond to make it a perfect day!Their team was able to offer insight into options in regards to floor planning and costing. They were open and honest with what should be priorities and what are items that could be adjusted for other areas. Not only was the food delicious but it greatly exceeded all expectations that we could have had. The wedding cakes were more beautiful and creative than we imagined. The best part about them is that they were DELICIOUS with a large amount of our guests commenting that they were the best they had ever had!We would certainly recommend the team at Catering Works 100% for not only larger but also smaller and/or corporate events. Our wedding would not have been the same without them!!

We worked with E.W. Fulcher for our wedding, and he was amazing! I had HIGH expectations and all were exceeded. We had hundreds of phone conversations, texts AND face to face visits; I am sure he was as happy to see our 4/25/09 wedding as I was! Once I realized I had to "trust him"; I crossed my fingers, and had never been more thrilled with an outcome! Walking into our reception area the night of our wedding is something I will never forget. E.W. had waited until I arrived before he left. The entire night, down to each and every miniscule detail had surpassed even my expectations. I am still hearing rave reviews about the all of the food (we had a full cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a sit down dinner). If you are looking for the highest quality Raleigh has to offer, Catering Works is the way to go.

Lorin at Catering Works was fantastic! If it weren't for her, I would not have made it through my wedding, since I was planning everything myself! She worked with us on a VERY tight budget and made our vision come true. I would recommend Catering works for any event!

All I can say is wow. Jill and Lorin provided us with the most amazing ceremony. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was great. Our guests still mention how great the food was.
