The professional staff is honest and flexible with your time and budget, especially if you have no idea where to begin. This boutique salon made me feel as if I had the exclusivity of brides that pay exorbitant prices for gowns in bigger cities while accommodating my restricted budget. In the end, guests and wedding participants were in awe of the beautiful gown that I wore and loved the perfect dresses that I selected for the bridesmaids. Meanwhile, I beamed at knowing that I didn't have to break the bank to have such an effect.

WOW! Is the first word I think of. I went to ABD because it is close to my house in Durham. I wasn't sure what to expect, but when I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Lillian and Michelle were both very helpful. I had a specific look I was going for (halter top) but wasn't sure where from that point to go. I originally said no lace, but boy was I wrong. They let me pick 2 dresses I liked, they picked the 3rd based on me wanting halter and my body type. They hit the nail on the head. I put the dress on and fell in love. I didn't want to leave the store without it. At that moment I called my mom and one of my bridesmaids, made them rush over, see the dress and bought it. Guest and family were raving how beautiful my dress was. Looking at the pictures I am still in love with it (and wish I could wear it everyday). Their prices are amazing (better than David's bridal), the employees are amazing and helpful, and the seamstress they have is amazing, she made my dress perfect and the bustle easy! My bridesmaids also ordered their dresses from here. 2 of them lived out of state, but Michelle made sure to ship them their dresses. The dresses were perfect. My mom got her dress from there as well. Before you even think about stepping foot into another retailer, go to ABD, I am sure they have the perfect dress for everyone!!!

Wow, just wow. The dress was amazing and unique. It completely matched my style of the wedding and who I am as a person. The dress was an experience in and of itself. My mother and I found the venue and on a whim I decided to head to ABD Bridal Shop to look at the dresses. When I walked in and Lillian remembered me from previous experiences. When I tried describing to her what I wanted, she shot me down and immediately started pulling dresses that would work with my body type. Boy oh boy was she right. The first dress she pulled was the ONE. It was gorg and worked for my body. I'm short, small wasted but I have big hips. I never thought I would look good in a long gown, and everyone kept trying to put me in a pick-up skirt dress. I hated those things. I thought they looked like wedding cake. Any way, Gillian was so helpful. When I tried on the dress my mother started crying and she gasped. Every step of the process ABD Bridal was wonderful. They kept me updated, they are great people, and they truly are a bridal shop. You can purchase invites, corsages, bouts, jewelry, veils, shoes, etc in their store. They have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses and the quality is phenomenal! Everyone told me I was a beautiful bride, and I received so many compliments on the dress. I got my wedding gown from here and had a wonderful experience compared to other bridal boutiques that I visited. The ladies that work there are awesome and they got to know me by name. They are very affordable as well.
