New York elegance and excitement at home in the south. Music ensembles of all sizes and repertoire ranging from Jazz, Motown, Disco, Top 40. We believe in the "organic" full band sound. Our instrumentation consists of vocals, lush horn section, keyboards, guitar, bass and drums. Stylistically our vocalists run the gamut. We gravitate toward elaborate musical arrangements such as those by Classic big band, Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Earth Wind and Fire, Barry White, and a variety of Motown, Funk, Disco, Contemporary. Our music is live! We do not believe in the use of sequencing and artificial background tracks.  The band has been the chosen band for celebritiy weddings of Michael Douglas/Catherine Zeta Jones, Geraldo Rivera, Donald Trump.  The band has performed for Inaugurations, high profile society events, weddings, barmitzvahs and corporate parties.  We have a NC office as well as NYC office (116 West 23rd Street).  The band has been featured in Modern Bride, Town and Country, Vitals Magazine, More Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings.  Look for their CD called VERY FIRST DANCE which is a Cd of original songs that are excellent alternatives to the usual overplayed first dances.
